Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance
Last updated: June 2026
In short
Glossy – Smart Glossaries was developed by a conference interpreter. As such, privacy and confidentiality are central to the way the tool is designed.
Glossy aims to combine strong privacy protections with fast terminology search and seamless interpreter collaboration.
We collect only minimal account information: your username and email address for authentication.
We will never sell, share, or disclose your personal or usage data to third parties.
Your glossary data remains yours. Other users cannot see your private glossaries unless you intentionally share them.
Individual terms you create may appear in terminology search results for other users, but without your identity and without access to your full glossary.
All data is stored on secure European servers.
